"Easy exchange, no hassle"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size at first, and honestly... I was a little worried it’d be a pain to send back. But the exchange was simple, and they got back to me quickly enough. A few days later, the right size showed up, and yeah, everything was totally fine. Better than I expected, to be honest.

"Really comfy fabric"
I picked up a set last week and I’m happy with it. The fabric feels really soft, doesn’t itch at all, and it’s been super comfy for everyday wear. Definitely a nice little find.

"Fit was just right for me"
The sizing ended up being exactly what I expected, which was a relief because sometimes things fit fine in one area and then feel weirdly tight somewhere else. This one didn’t have any of that for me. It felt comfortable overall, with no awkward tight spots or areas where I felt like I needed to keep adjusting it

"My simple request was basically ignored"
I reached out because I needed help with my order, and it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been. It was a basic request, but the replies were slow and when someone finally got back to me, it didn’t seem like they actually read what I wrote. I had to explain the same thing more than once, which just made it feel like I was being ignored. Not a good experience at all, customer service really needs work.

"Way better than I expected"
I ordered from sigmafitus.com the quality kind of surprised me in the best way. The fabric feels really solid without being stiff or uncomfortable, which is basically the dream combo. I’ve washed it a few times already and it didn’t shrink, warp, or turn into some weird mystery shape, so that was a win.
The fit was spot on too, maybe just a tiny bit snug, but nothing that would stop me from wearing it. Overall I’m really happy with the order and would definitely buy again.
